BRAMPTON, ONTARIO – The Belleville Senators of the American Hockey League have recalled forward Chris Clapperton from his loan to Brampton Beast of the ECHL.

Clapperton, 25, has enjoyed a solid rookie season with the Beast and to date has scored seven goals and added 17 assists for 24 points in 20 games.

The native of Chandler, Quebec, Clapperton has also appeared in seven games for Belleville this season and has three assists and four penalty minutes.

The Beast will be back in action this Sunday, January 5th when they face the Solar Bears in Orlando. Puck drops at 3:00 PM.
