BRAMPTON, ON – The Brampton Beast, ECHL affiliate of the St. John’s IceCaps and Montreal Canadiens, announce today that forward Tim Bozon and goaltender Eddie Pasquale have been recalled by the AHL’s St. John’s IceCaps and will join the club for their upcoming road trip.
Bozon, who grew up in Lugano, Switzerland, suited up for four games with the Beast and recorded one assist and nine shots on goal. His assist in the Beast’s 4-1 win over the Elmira Jackals on November 22 was his first point as a professional.
The 2012 64th overall selection in the NHL Entry Draft spent the beginning of the season with the IceCaps but has yet to play a game for St. John’s this season.
Toronto native Eddie Pasquale is coming off his best game in the ECHL, a 2-0 shutout win over the Fort Wayne Komets last Sunday afternoon.
This season, Pasquale has recorded a 2-4-0-1 record with the Beast in seven total appearances and posted a 3.05 goals against average and a .899 save percentage.
He has appeared in four games with the IceCaps this season and posted a 1-1-1 record with a 2.99 goals against average and a .914 save percentage.
The Beast are back in action this Friday, November 27 as they head to Toledo to take on the Walleye at 7:15 PM. After a stop in Wheeling to face the Nailers on Saturday night, the team returns to the Powerade Centre on Sunday to take on the Elmira Jackals at 2:00 PM.
