If you’ve been to a Beast game before, you know exactly what keeps bringing you back – the excitement, the energy, the atmosphere. But if you have yet to visit us at the Powerade Centre, here are the Top 10 reasons to come out and see the most exciting pro hockey team in the GTA.
1. Affordable FUN for the Whole Family
Pro sporting events have been getting pretty expensive lately, especially for an entire family to attend. Between escalating ticket prices, rising concessions and the cost of getting to the venue and back, a night out can put a big dent in a family’s monthly entertainment budget. That’s why the Beast have created food and ticket packages specifically for families and groups in order to make sure everyone can come see the game without breaking the bank.
2. 36 Theme Games
New night, new theme, for each one of our 36 home games a season! That’s right, three-dozen different theme nights that include a little something for everyone in the family. From dressing up your little princesses for our Frozen afternoon to riding a mechanical bull in the concourse on Country Night, there’s always something going on in addition to the hockey on the ice.
3. FREE Parking
What’s worse than having to drive all the way downtown during rush hour traffic to see a sporting event? How about spending a ridiculous amount of money to park while you’re at the game! Not the case for coming out to see the Beast, where parking is ALWAYS free.
4. Skate with Beast Players after the Game
Nothing says family time like spending Sunday afternoons together with your loved ones. But in the middle of winter, where do you go? The movies? The mall? How about the family-friendly environment of a Beast game, where every Sunday we hold a free post-game skate where fans can meet and take photos with their favourite players right on the ice!
5. Great Giveaways All Season
Do you like SWAG (who doesn’t)!? Ever wish you could leave somewhere with a bunch of free stuff? Not only do we give out great prizes at Beast games, from event and concert tickets to a year’s worth of free pizza, but we have awesome giveaway nights as well! Be sure to circle the upcoming cowbell, Christmas sock and youth jersey giveaway days this season!
6. Laser Show
What does Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, and the Brampton Beast have in common? Great music and a state-of-the-art laser show before every home game! Be sure to check out the incredible presentation put on by FFP Laser Systems as a part of the best pre-game show in the ECHL!
7. Hot Dog Cannon
Intermissions are usually the time to get up, stretch, and maybe grab a snack from the concourse. But what if you didn’t have to leave your seat to get a bite to eat? That’s right, the Beast are the only team in professional hockey (as far as we can tell) that have engineered a custom hot dog cannon to launch tasty treats directly into the stands! Whoooooo wants a hot dog?
8. See Future NHL Players
After announcing the Montreal Canadiens as our new NHL affiliate, coming to Beast games will give fans the chance to see future NHL stars without paying big-ticket NHL prices! Given the fact that the Canadiens currently boast one of hockey’s deepest prospect pools, fans will have a chance to see up-and-coming NHLers – with unprecedented access – start their careers and fight to reach the next level.
9. Boomer’s Place and Kid’s Club
Sometimes, it can be tough for little ones to sit through an entire sporting event. That’s why the Beast have their very own Kid’s Club area open before the puck drops until after the final buzzer. The Kid’s club comes complete with inflatables, a colouring station and Pockets the clown who makes FREE animal balloons and provides FREE face painting.
10. Money Back Guarantee
We guarantee you will have fun, or your money back no questions asked. Seriously. What other sports team does that?
