Boucher Inks Deal With Laval, Assigned to Beast

BRAMPTON, ONTARIO – The Brampton Beast, ECHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, are pleased to announce that forward Jordan Boucher has signed a two-way AHL/ECHL deal with the Laval Rocket and has been assigned to the Beast.


A Montreal native, Boucher is set to start his first full professional season with the Beast. He played four seasons of NCAA hockey with Clarkson University from 2013-14 to 2016-17.


During his senior year last season, he finished fourth in team scoring with ten goals and 16 assists for 26 points in 30 games played. In 107 career NCAA games, he scored 27 goals and added 41 assists for 68 points with 58 penalty minutes.



He made his professional debut at the end of the 2016-17 season with the Binghamton Senators of the American Hockey League. In nine games with Binghamton, he was held off the scoresheet and recorded a -1 rating.
